Well, I’m back from my sabbatical! Thank you for your prayers this summer asking God to give me some needed rest and rejuvenation. A pastor friend of mine who had taken a sabbatical a few years ago gave me some great advice—that I find an activity I love to do and spend a lot of time doing it. For him, it was rock climbing. ReKindle Q Place has partnered with The Billy Graham Center for Evangelism at Wheaton College (BGCE) to launch and develop a YouTube channel which will equip and inspire Christian leaders in all levels and sectors of society to prioritize gospel witness. The channel, named ReKindle: Engaging Gospel Conversations, will feature key evangelism and church leaders speaking into a variety of issues related to gospel witness. The 5-10-minute training videos published two times per month will cover topics such as helping pastors equip their churches in an evangelism lifestyle, integrating the gospel in various workplace settings, using culture, sports, and the arts as entry points...Read more …

It’s been a little over a week since VITAL: Denver and people have been asking me what happened. I can tell you some exciting numbers. About 150 attended, with 11 Lead Pastors, 31 additional church staff, three representatives of the Navigator’s National Church Ministry, the Evangelism Director from the Colorado Baptist Convention, and groups from 18 churches. Daisy & Simon

There’s a great youtube video floating around about Daisy, a yellow Lab puppy, learning to go down stairs. Her owner videoed what became an adorable moment between Daisy and Simon, the adult yellow Lab in the family home. Daisy has made one attempt at the stairs and is whining and pacing at the top. Simon hears, enters Daisy’s world and quickly navigates the stairs, showing Daisy how easy it is. She doesn’t buy it. So, Simon goes and stands by Daisy.
